Pascal Vinzio is VP for External Affairs at KSB Group, a global leader in valves and pumps. An engineer trained at Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers and Supelec, he has led R&D, innovation, and industrial departments at KSB since 1991.
He also serves as First Vice-President of Evolis and holds leadership roles in several French and European industry associations, including FIM, CETIM, LRCCP, GIFEN, Europump, UNM, and CEN.

Tom Reynolds is Chief Executive of the Bathroom Manufacturers Association (BMA), representing the UK’s leading bathroom brands with a focus on product compliance and sustainability. Before joining BMA in 2019, he was Commercial & Public Affairs Director at the British Ceramic Confederation.
He began his career in journalism and as a parliamentary aide and holds a Law and Politics degree and an MRes in Environmental Politics from Keele University.

Nurdan Yücel is a Board Member of Samsun Makina Sanayi A.Ş. (SMS) and Layne Bowler A.Ş., leading Turkish manufacturers of DI pipes, fittings, valves, and pumps.
She has been involved with POMSAD, the Turkish Pump and Valve Manufacturers’ Association, since 2008 and currently serves as its President. A chemical engineer by training, she holds an MSc in Manufacturing Systems from Nottingham University and a PhD in corrosion performance.

Marco Bonini is Chairman and Managing Director of Caleffi S.p.A., a family-owned HVAC company, and also chairs PRESSCO SpA and RDZ. With over 30 years of experience, he focuses on product innovation, energy-efficient engineering solutions, and international expansion.
He has served on the CEIR Board since 2015 and is a Council Member of AVR, the Italian Valve and Fitting Manufacturers Association.

Elena Fernandez is the Managing Director of FLUIDEX, the Spanish Association of Fluid Handling Equipment Exporters. She has over 20 years of experience in developing business opportunities for the process industry, both in digital and in-person environments.
Her mission is to help FLUIDEX members grow their international presence and competitiveness in sectors such as energy, hydrogen, oil and gas, petrochemical and chemical, water and wastewater, mining, and paper industry.

Bengt Henricson represents VVS Fabrikanternas Råd, the Swedish association for valves and fittings, comprising 100 leading manufacturers.
A Construction Engineer with an MSc in Business and Economics from Stockholm University, he has broad experience in construction, pharmaceuticals, and telecommunications, including roles at Skanska, Ericsson, and Prognoscentret AB. He also represented Sweden in the Euroconstruct network for 15 years.

Carlos Velázquez is Sustainability Director at Roca Group, with over 25 years of international experience in finance, management, and marketing across Roca subsidiaries in Morocco, Portugal, the USA, and Bulgaria.
He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from UAB and previously worked at PwC. He also serves on the boards of the We Are Water Foundation, ELISAVA, and as Chairman of the European Bathroom Forum (EBF).

Timo Kopka is Head of Product Certifications and Standards at Roca Group, Chairman of CEIR’s Sanitary Valves Technical Committee, and Convenor of CEN/TC 164 WG8.
A Mechanical Engineer specialized in Material Science from Technical University Brunswick, he has held roles at Laufen, Bosch, and Franke/KWC and serves on standardization committees and the board of the Unified Water Label Association (UWLA).

Ugo Pettinaroli has over 40 years of experience in the valve industry and is President of AVR, the Italian Valve Manufacturers Association.
He is CEO of the Pettinaroli Group and chairs its international subsidiaries in the USA, Denmark, and Switzerland. A graduate in economics and marketing from Bocconi University, he has chaired CEIR’s Marketing Committee since 2011 and is active in Rotary Club initiatives.
